  5. Could you open a ticket at devops-vcs-support@unity3d.com? We will try to provide a wokaround for this scenario.
  6. Hi, the "cm purge" option allows to purge file revisions in the repository. You can specify the file type and the date but I'm afraid you cannot delete a changeset if it's the parent of some other changeset. The purge operation works at the file revision level. Not at the changeset level.
  7. @OnStandBy Plastic Cloud was rebranded to Unity DevOps Version Control and you can purchase it at: https://unity.com/solutions/version-control
  8. We are tracking this request but I'm afraid that hasn't been planned yet. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  9. Hi, We are sharing again this request with the product team. I'm afraid it won't be planned before Q4. We have a few customers requesting it and we are pushing to be planned soon. Sorry for the inconvenience, Carlos.
  10. Hi, if you have some issues or feedback about Plastic SCM / Unity version Control please open a ticket with us or use the Unity forums: https://forum.unity.com/forums/unity-version-control.605/ I can see you are using the legacy GUI for your initial feedback. This GUI was deprecated and removed from the installer. We need to review what of these errors are happening in the new GUI and fix them (not necessarily to use the very last Plastic version but at least the new GUI). Are you using AD authentication? If you open a ticket with us, we can propose a workaround to mitigate this error. Please open a ticket with us so we can debug the logs and fix this problem. Regards, Carlos.
  11. Hi, This tag was removed in the new Plastic SCM GUI. This information should be now available in the tooltip for the element in the "Branch Explorer". Could you review it? If you miss some information, I can share it with the product team. Regards, Carlos.
  12. Hi, I cannot reproduce the issue. @matmalm can you open a ticket at devops-vcs-support@unity3d.com? Regards, Carlos.
  13. Hi @matmalm, you will need to enter the filetypes: eg: .asset Regards, Carlos.

  19. What is the email you are using? The first thing is to check if the email is registered at plasticscm.com.
  20. Hi @Jackch, let me try to fully understand your case. You already have an account you are using via Unity ID and now you would like to register at plasticscm.com via email /password? What is your email account/UnityID? You can open ticket with us if you prefer it: devops-vcs-support@unity3d.com Regards, Carlos.
  21. Hi @yes, the legacy GUi has been removed in the latest Plastic SCM version. Can you let us know the details about what you are missing in the new UI? Your feedback is welcome.
  22. Hi, The problem is we don't currently have an official zip/tar.gz installer for Linux. You will need to use these three links: https://plastic-releases.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/releases/11.0.16.7134/plasticscm/linux/PlasticSCM-11.0.16.7134-linux-client-core.tar.gz https://plastic-releases.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/releases/11.0.16.7134/plasticscm/linux/PlasticSCM-11.0.16.7134-gtkplastic.tar.gz https://plastic-releases.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/releases/11.0.16.7134/plasticscm/linux/PlasticSCM-11.0.16.7134-linux-theme.tar.gz If you just need the CLI, this one should be enough (you can edit the version but use the same link format): https://plastic-releases.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/releases/11.0.16.7134/plasticscm/linux/PlasticSCM-11.0.16.7134-linux-client-core.tar.gz Regards, Carlos.
  23. Hi, I think you are using the legacy plugin. You need to install the Version Control plugin via the Package Manager. Even if you install the Version Control package, it is not officially supported for Unity 2019.3.0f6 but anyway, I would give it a try. Could you check if it helps? Regards, Carlos.
  24. Hi, Sorry, I'm afraid it's not currently in the roadmap to provide support for more Linux distros. The Plastic GUI doesn't depend on "mono" anymore. @Marco Betschart are you planning to install the Plastic client or server? We can try to assist you to install it via the above .tar.gz. Regards, Carlos.
  25. Hi, I'm afraid we cannot reproduce this issue. After clicking ok "Ok", this is not working? What is your OS and Plastic version? You can also disable it in the "C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\plastic4\plasticgui.conf" file: DisableAllHelp=True If you click on "Learn more", the informative message should disappear. I know it can bit a bit confusing that this is not included as a regular "tip" in the GUI when disabling them. Regards, Carlos.
