  1. Hm okay so finally, the incoming changes ended up appearing properly. Issue resolved. I guess. But I don't really know what helped it showing up..
  2. So incoming changes worked when I installed the non cloud edition (same as download link provided in page below actually) http://blog.plasticscm.com/2019/10/incoming-changes.html But I ran up with that issue (last message : So I downloaded cloud edition, from my licenses page (8.0.16.3986), but then the incoming changes doesn't appear (even when changing client.conf file). There's a note on your page regarding the need to 'upgrading the server' but at that point I'm not sure if I had done it or not, I'm not a command line guy so I didn't do anything on that side if it's what's implied. Thanks for your help
  3. Hi, I got the same problems Service was already enabled, server was ok, all checks were ok. But in the log file I had something like that 2020-02-23 01:05:37,402 NetworkThread-33 DEBUG PlasticProto.ConnectionFromClient - conn 2. ReceiveAsync 2020-02-23 01:05:37,402 W-32 ERROR PlasticProto.ConnectionFromClient - conn 2. Error in ProcessMethodCall for method GetLiceseData. Limited by days evaluation license has expired. 2020-02-23 01:05:37,402 W-32 7 DEBUG PlasticProto.ConnectionFromClient - à Codice.CM.Server.ServerStatus.CheckLicenseStatus() So plastic cloud server didn't showed me that line clearly in the GUI, if it did, I would have directly understand that the one I downloaded wasn't the right one. I had downloaded it from the changelog pages, and not from account/licenses page. And I didn't saw any big red warning reminding me that it was a unlicensed one (if that's what happened). Anyway, redownloaded/reinstalled from license page, now it works Just.. please add that feedback in the red error line on GUI, having just a 'license error' isn't helpful when the program could have shown it was 'evaluation license has expired' error Thanks
