What version of Plastic SCM do you have? Do you use Plastic SCM centralized or distributed? Something that might work: Switch GUI to legacy mode: Then try your merge, you can go back to the Alpa GUI with the nice dark mode afterwards. I've used this method for other bugs that tend to show up in the newer GUI

quite "blinding" is a problem. This is a must have in 2021.

The glaring white UI backgrounds make the PRODUCT UNUSABLE for me. There is another thread where a member of the PlasticSCM said about a year ago they would look at doing this. We need some action now.

Ok July 2021 now, where is the Dark Mode? In the Plasitc SCM UI, I went to preferences -> Theme and selected: Montana Dark This is not a dark theme, background is near white and glaring. Not cool :( Please show that you care for your users and PRIORITIZE THIS.
