  1. It had been released https://blog.plasticscm.com/2020/06/web-triggers-for-plastic-scm-cloud.html
  2. Indeed, the merge quality indeed is more or less the same. The differences come with conflicts. The visual representation of the conflicts and tools to work with with conflicts differs for different merge tools. Let me know if need concrete examples.
  3. It would be great to have an option to use external diff\merge tools. Mostly, internal Plastic's diff/merge tools are workign fine. But sometimes I have a need to use alternative solutions. In plastic's settings you can specify a diff/merge tool per extension. But I don't want to go to settings each time I want to check merge with external tool. It would be great to have an option to specify external merge tool as an addition to the existing merge tools and have it as additional menu option during the resolve. E.g. open with external merge tool.
  4. Hello, I cannot find "View history as 2D revision tree" menu item in a new Plastic. This is essential functionality for me. At least, this is the only way I know to understand who and when modified a file. Am I missing something?
  5. Hello, Would it possible to get an update on this? I'm developing a number of C# tools working with Plastic and I was wondering what is the best way of working with Plastic nowadays? I've checked CmdRunner but it seams outdated and not supported. Also, all parsing has to be done manually. As for the REST API I'm not sure how this suppose to work. Let's say 2 applications are trying to work on a same machine. Should both of them start their own REST API servers? Or there should be a single REST API server running and all clients should talk to it? I was planning to wrap cm.exe. But it doesn't have script friendly error reporting mechanism and I've just learned from this thread that not all of the commands accept --xml argument. Also, since you are already having your tools written in C# would it be possible to release .NET API assembly? Thank you!
  6. Hello Carlos, thank you for the link! It would be great to have it at https://www.plasticscm.com/plastic-for-linux page! As for CLI client, I'm not entirely sure what's the issue. For me it looks like a crash. Client shows the download progress but exit with a code equals to 1 and does not download any files. Only folders created.
  7. So, I've performed a bit of research today. Since GTK version of Plastic is not working on Debian family of Linux for last 3 years, I've installed Fedora this morning. Unfortunately, CLI still crashing in a exact same way. I've tried GUI client and I've got a message box asking me for encryption: Edit: I've entered encryption password and I was able to get workspace synced. After that cm utility worked as intended.
  8. Hello, Please see log attached Thank you! cm.log.txt
