    Hello there. I'm new at using Plastic SCM. I am using plastic scm for the first time. I encountered an error. This "Unable to negotiate connection with server euwest4-00-cloud.plasticscm.com:8787. Most likely the server does not support the new Plastic Protocol. The remote host closed the socket" error.
