Update on this: I was able to solve this issue by installing libicu63 manually: https://packages.debian.org/buster/libicu63 Downloaded the .deb file then ran "sudo dpkg -i <deb_name>". After this installing plasticscm-client-core completes successfully. I'm guessing Debian 11 support is not there yet 😋.

Hello, I am trying to install PlasticSCM 10 (plasticscm-client-complete) via apt on Debian 11 Bullseye according to the official instructions. I am getting errors related to not being able to install libicu dependencies. The command I used was sudo apt-get install plasticscm-client-complete and the output was: Reading package lists...
