    I didn't restart the editor. Instead I went to Windows->Plastic SCM and checked in my changes.

    It seems to be working now. I just needed to turn off Collab in the Services window.

    [RESOLVED] In Unity 2019.4.32f1, I'm unable to migrate to Plastic SCM because it cannot find a certain meta file. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
