  1. Hello, We've been working with support and the issue has been resolved. I don't have access to the license on plasticscm.com and was provided with the license file, but we learned that I had been provided the incorrect license file. Thanks for the reply though! I just didn't know how to resolve the issue/close the thread...
  2. Hello! My team has recently acquired a plastic enterprise license to get a server up and running off of our installation we made for a now expired trial. However, when I upload a new plastic.lic in the web admin, nothing changes. Is this how I should go about uploading the new license, or is there anything I can do to isolate the issue? Thanks, Alec
  3. Awesome opossum! That worked and there aren't any errors in the log. The umtool appears to be working, I was able to create a group and see it listed. Thanks calbzam! If you could tell me, what did you need to fix?
  4. Hello! Attached is "loader.log.config" from ".\PlasticSCM5\server" (assuming you didn't want the one in "config_samples"). Yes, I'm using Windows, and the response I get from "cm version" is "11.0.16.6949". I also get a bunch of "log4net : ERROR" messages when running the umtool. For completeness I've attached that log as well. Thanks so much for your help! loader.log.conf umtool_log.txt
  5. Hello, I'm building a python wrapper for umtool cmds for my team to automate user and group creation for our Windows 10 Plastic server. However, when running any plasticd cmds, I get output like the attached, which was just from running: C:\Program Files\PlasticSCM5\server>plasticd Any ideas as to why I'm getting this output? plasticd_output.txt
