I am trying to resolve the "The merge cannot be done because some local changes cannot be processed" and decided to Undo changes in the "Pending changes" tab. But i receive this error. How can i resolve this issue?

I receive this error then trying to update the workspace both in unity and plastic SCM launcher. The person gave me the permission to change things, but the error still appears. We've tried to resigning into account, restarting the pc on my part and kicking me out of project and inviting back in. What the solution to this problem?

Where can i find it? The error i receive tells me to check the server log, but i can't find it in the launcher
