    I got the exact issue constantly. Please take a look at this.

    As title. How to check in everything in a directory? "Add directory tree to source control" and "Checkin" both don't work at all. It just shows a "Pending Changes" view, and only the directory itself (none of the files in it) is selected. There are 1000+ files in the directory. I'm not supposed to check them one by one, right?
