Hi, I want to understand how the user count works for licensing. We have a client who wants all their projects in a separate database. so, We have two instances of Plastic server (same machine different ports) running. In Server A we have users: User1, User2, User3, User4 In Server B we have users: User3, User4, User5, User6 So users 3 and 4 are common between the two servers. Since each server has its own User database will the number of licenses required be 4, 6 or 8? Thanks

Hello, My team applied for a non-profit community license a little over a day ago and I was just wondering how long it typically takes to get a response back. The software looks great and we're eager to use it, but we don't want to get invested in it if we can't get a license for some reason.

Hello, My group and I are just starting to use PlasticSCM to manage our numerous unity projects. My question is, if we have purchased the required number of Enterprise Licenses for the number of users we wish to have, do we also need to purchase the license from the Unity store? Thanks!

I have my Plastic server setup to use ActiveDirectory authentication. Currently we have 6 developers with 1 administrator. How does Plastic count the actual users in terms of licensing? I'm getting an error saying the maximum number of users has been exceeded for my license, but I think it may be related to how I have it setup. Is there a quick test to tell me how many users Plastic thinks I have?
