wvd_vegt Posted May 2, 2013 Report Share Posted May 2, 2013 Hi I'm trying to switch to plastic authentication but when I run the server administration i get a dialog to map local users and groups onto plastic ones. It shows however a number of totally unknown users that most certainly are not present on my OS. Besides that do both the server administration keep reverting to 'Local User and Group Names in the OS' / 'Local users' mode. Any clue what goes wrong? And how back is the following messages from cm chkdb (I mapped local users 'Veg' and 'veg' both onto plastic's 'veg' in the server config tools)? Seid for name veg has more than one value in database rep_7.plastic.sdf. User -1 pointed by replicationlog 13 does not exist in database rep_120.plastic.sdf regards Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
chris.valenti Posted October 29, 2013 Report Share Posted October 29, 2013 I'm having the same issue since I installed version 5.0.43.495. Every time I set it to use Active Directory, it reverts back to local users. I did not have this problem in version 4, and even tried copying over the server.conf file from that version with no luck.
