Error message when showing diff

Hi!

Well, something went really wrong in my installation.

When I try to diff a file in the "Pending Checkins", this error message is displayed:

post-188-0-99224900-1368483713_thumb.png

I'm using the the version 4.2.30.429. (I tried  with the .435 build and rolled back to try to solve, didn't worked :( )

Where can I get the client's log messages?

Can this error be related with SemanticMerge?!

I already removed the SM configuration from Plastic client but the error message continues. (It started after the SM's configuration)

Thanks in advance!

Well... After reinstalling Plastic the log file was generated but no info was added to it.

One thing I noticed is that the problem only occurs when I'm trying to diff .cs files.

So, I guess that's really related to SM installation.

I uninstalled the SM, but the problem persists... :(

Correction: I need to run Plastic client as Administrator, then the logging works!

Hi cidico

Do you need more assistance? We will try to debug the issue with your log file. If you are able to reproduce the issue, please let us know and we will get connected.

Are you still using semantic mege?

Best regards,

Carlos

Hi Carlos!

Right now, I'm not needing any assistance! Thanks anyway!

Well, I was going to try to reproduce the problem this last weekend, but I had to help some friends in some code and I couldn't install the Semantic Merge.

I'll try to reproduce the problem today, if I get home early!

If you remove ALL files related to plastic and reinstall, the diff works fine.
