HansGroeneveld
We are starting with a new development tool, named Servoy. That use a Eclipse Rich Client Platform. We do have a eclipse environment without a exclipse.exe. I installed Plastic a got a few 'jar' files. But I am not able to install these files in the Servoy environment. Does anybody know if Plastic support Eclipse RCP. If yes, what are the steps to configure Plastic in Eclipse RCP. Many thanks Hans
calbzam
Hi, It shouldn´t be necessary to have a eclipse.exe in your environment. You can directly copy the .jar files in the "plugins" folder and after restarting Eclipse, it should detect the plugin. Eclipse plugin installer only copy these files in "plugins" folder. You can reach me at: calba at codicesoftware dot com and I can send you the two .jar files for your Plastic version. Regards, Carlos
HansGroeneveld
The plugin works now. The RCP was using a 'simpleconfiguration' that reference to a file 'bundles.info'. In that file I added the plugins in this way: . . other plugins . com.codicesoftware.plastic.core,4.0.xxxxxxx,plugins/com.codicesoftware.plastic.core.jar,4,false com.xxxxxxxx Then it worked.
