immitev Posted October 16, 2013 Report Share Posted October 16, 2013 Hi, Using the Visual Studio 2010 plugin, I have moved some files to a new project. And upon check-in, didn't notice that instead of a "Move" operation there was "Add" and "Delete" operations in the pending check-ins. Is it possible to post factum specify that these are actually not newly added items, but moved from another directory. And to undelete those? I found some hints how to undelete items from http://www.plasticscm.net/index.php?/topic/946-undeleting-can-be-hard-in-plastic-4/. Just wondered if there is a simpler way to remedy this? calbzam Posted October 16, 2013 Report Share Posted October 16, 2013 Hi, The last message on the post you mention, offers 3 different possibilities. You can also perform a subtractive merge of the last changeset (or delete the changeset). When you move an item, you can go to Pending Changes view --> Right click --> Search Matches, and configure the way Plastic detects the item as moved or delete&add.
