I've got the latest version for the cloud edition 5.4.16.771, I'm on El Capitan 10.11.6 Also .. how do I sign out of my cloud account and in to another? is that in the preference that I can't access? manu Posted September 2, 2016 Report Share Posted September 2, 2016 Hello Jason, I'm sorry but I tested the same version and it's working fine for me. Can you try reinstalling the client? Don't worry about the workspaces and preferences, they are all preserved. You can even upgrade to 772. Can you please also send us your "/Users/<your_user>/.plastic4/macplastic.log.txt" file? Regarding how to connect to another organization, just open the cloud view and write the new organization name followd by "@cloud" inside the "Enter the name/IP and port of your server" That should be enough. In El Capitan the window wouldn't open at all but with Sierra we are able to get information about what's happening. I have attached the file with the exception information. Can you please tell me the macplastic version you are using? if it's not greater or equals than 5.4.16.782 please upgrade and try again.
