ccolvin Posted December 9, 2013 Report Share Posted December 9, 2013 We just migrated from Plastic 3 to Plastic 5, and upon completion of the migration we get the following errors: This says that the user account is not licensed or deactivated, but it is currently showing as active. When I go into User Management tool this error pops up. However I have set the server to User/Password Based authentication multiple times. No matter how many times I set it, the error pops up. When I go into Admin Tool I see the following: So I go into Users and Licensing and change the type to User/Password based authentication again. When I do this the config is incorrect and the service won't start so I add the one line from the backup config that makes it work which is the Language Element that is set to en. I restart the service and I still get the error that says my authentication type isn't set to user/password based authentication. Does anyone have any experience with this issue?
