rblock
Hi folks, ever I try to checkin items by using the client or by using the context menu of a folder I get the message 'Item 52524 could not be found in the tree. The new tree cannot be built.' (see attached screenshot). I already upgraded from version 6.x to the actual one 7.0.16.2192 but nothing changed. Therefore I'd really pleased if somebody have an idea what the problem is. Asking greetings Reiner

psantosl
Hi Reiner, We are going to need the stack trace in order to debug this. I talked to the team and we don't have a clue of what can be going on. Thanks! pablo
rblock
Hi Pablo, I don't find how to activate a stack trace or logging. BTW, why the MS Office addins claimed to be for MS Office 2016 but don't work? They're still named 'WordBackend2007'. I've attached some screenshots of MS Word 2016. Sighing greetings Reiner
psantosl
Hi, Let's try to focus on the initial issue, since I'm sure Office is not related. You can send the log of your server. pablo
