Mantis Extension: pending task list is showing up as empty

Hey guys

Really loving Plastic SCM but having trouble integrating with MantisBT.

Basically, "test connection" is successful, but the pending tasks list is empty (even if I tick the box asking it to show pending tasks from all users). I have copied plastic.php into the Mantis install directory, and yes I have created an unresolved task in MantisBT.

Some possibilities I could think of:

1. Do I need to tell Plastic SCM my password for MantisBT? If so, how?
2. Do I need to link the Plastic SCM repo with the MantisBT project? Even if I don't have to, is there a way to do so such that only unresolved tasks from the relevant project are displayed?
3. Do I need to create an API token in MantisBT? If so, how to I give the API token to Plastic SCM?
