Integration with Jira

Hello,

i read the doc for the jira integration and i have a question for you :

If i understood i can set in preference only ONE key project and branch prefix, but if i have one repository for product and i one project in jira how can integrates the softwares ?

In the meantime (David, correct me if I'm wrong) there's a workaround if you set up different client.conf files and start your plastic GUI with different -clientconf=YOUR_FILE parameters. It would allow you to start different GUIs with different setups.
