JIRA - mark as closed

I have JIRA integration working to see tasks and to mark as open when I create a new branch. However, I am having trouble getting my merge changeset to mark the JIRA card as closed. I have setup the status transition as: [DONE]-DONE as my final status is DONE (I have tried all caps and proper case). I also have tried marking my branch changeset as [DONE] before merging, thinking it may not tie back to the proper card# after merge, but that didn't work either.  Am I missing something?

Are you using plastic cloud? 

Can you send me the next info?

• The repo you are working in. (If it is a local one, against cloud, on premise... )
• The branch prefix and the proyect key
• The plastic.debug.log.txt in the logs folder.

We will check what could be happening to you and contat you ASAP.

I'm having trouble setting this up as well.  Is there documentation on specifically how to configure this? Is it supposed to happen upon merging the task branch back or what triggers it?

So, you can't get your task set as done after adding the attribute in Plastic?

Does other state transitions work for you?.

Please send us the following information in order to check it: 

• The repo you are working in. (If it is a local one, against cloud, on premise... )
• The branch prefix and the proyect key
• The plastic.debug.log.txt in the logs folder.
