Pål Posted October 26, 2019 Report Share Posted October 26, 2019 Hi, I'm trying to connect my Plastic Cloud repository to Jira Cloud, but I'm having issues. Everything seems to be set up correctly, but I fail to authenticate. I have set up the API token. The plastic log says that the value 'MyProjectKey' does not exist for the field 'project'. I copied the request URL from the plastic log and tried to call it from Postman without any authentication and I get the exact same bad request error. I then proceed to apply basic auth in Postman with my user email and api token from Jira, and I get back the 200 data I expect. I use the exact same email and api token in Plastic issue tracker settings, but I'm not able to get it to work.
