manu Posted May 14, 2014 Report Share Posted May 14, 2014 SqlServer CE is a great backend if you use it for only one developer, it's fast and easy to setup, but if your Plastic SCM server is going to have several developers working at the same time I do recommend you to switch to MySQL that works fine with 700-1000 developers at the same time. Another handicap of Sqlserver CE is that the database file can't reach 4GB -> http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7524197/does-sql-server-compact-still-limit-to-4gb How many developers do you think will be using the Plastic SCM server?
