Can't replicate repos because of Exception error

Hi, 

I'm using cloud edition, long time was solo developing now added second dev to team.

Every time when second dev is trying to pull or push he is getting error "Unable to cast object of type 'System.Exception' to type 'Codice.CM.Common.ComException'".
When in centralized mode he just don't get updates and his changes are invisible for me. 

Any suggestions how to fix this?

EDIT: After few hours of searching, I found this post. 

Looks same, except he was getting error in the middle of download, my colleague getting error after getting meta data downloaded.

- Could you attach the Plastic client from your coworker log to debug the error?

C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\plastic4\logs

- Is the error only happening for this user but not for you? If this user connects to a different network, does the issue persist?

Hello I also have a dev who is experiencing this same issue as well. He can not operate on a new network either.

Hi @jdavo19, only one dev is experiencing the issue? Could you attach the local server logs of the affected user?

A new coworker of mine had this problem too.

They had the wrong encryption key.

Everything is starting to work correctly after we entered the correct encryption key.
