jonokie Posted June 23, 2014 Report Share Posted June 23, 2014 I'm getting the following error when trying to start the plastic scm server on a Windows 7 Prof x64 machine using Postgresql as the backend: ERROR DataManager - Error trying to create the database pscm_repositories: ERROR: 22023: new encoding (UTF8) is incompatible with the encoding of the template database (WIN1252) Can anyone help with this?
