highkite
Hello there. I'm new at using Plastic SCM. I've been using plastic scm cloud for a while now for a few Unity projects. Recently, I can't make changes to my project repo and the first indication of an error on the plastic cloud was "Remote host closed socket" when I was checking for pending changes in the project. While attempting to see if the issue persists in other projects, I see that I also cannot create workspace from existing repositories or create new repositories. At the moment, I'm only concerned about uploading my changes to the cloud for my ongoing project. Is there a fix for this or at least, a workaround that works for plastic? Thanks in advance
calbzam
Hi, Could you attach the Plastic client log? According to the error message, it could be a network related issue. Regards, Carlos.
Islam
I was also getting the same error. I changed the name where it shows in the picture before I got the error. renaming it as before fixed it. maybe it helps
