Migration from Collab - changesets missing.

Hi,

I just migrated two of my Collab projects.
I expected to get all of Collab's revisions in the form of Changesets.

However for the first project I have 11 changesets instead of around 1800 and on the second project I have none instead of 90.
Is it a cloud space issue (I'm ready to take more space)? Is this a problem with your migration system?
Is there a way to get all of the missing changesets back.
