Now gtk linux client not possible to install even on debian 11

Well If you decided to place all linux users to garbage during years. May be it is a time at least to make AppImage or Flatpak package which contain all crap old libraries because now it is even not easy to find mirror which contain its.

The following worakround helps for install Palstic SCM in Ubuntu 19 and later. I think it may also work for Debian 11
