MiTschMR Posted January 11, 2022 Report Share Posted January 11, 2022 Release version : 10.0.16.6375 OS: Windows/MacOS/Linux : Windows 11 Steps to reproduce : 1. Open PlasticX 2. Make sure you are logged in to an on premise version of PlasticSCM (enterprise license), see top right corner with logged in user 3. Open burger menu in top right corner --> Preferences 4. Click on Cancel or Save Real result : Closes the window Expected result : An error message appears, see image below. You can then no longer open the Preferences window without closing and reopening the whole PlasticX client When clicking on Save or Cancel: When trying to reopen the Preferences menu without restarting the client: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
warren-russell Posted January 14, 2022 Report Share Posted January 14, 2022 I also receive this error on Mac Cloud edition Release version : 10.0.16.6375 OS: Windows/MacOS/Linux : MacOS Steps to reproduce : Open Plastic X SCM Open Plastic SCM > Preferences Click Close or Save Real result : Attached error appears, attempting to reopen Preferences is blocked by another error Expected result : Preferences can be opened and closed many times when needed.
