vsanchezm
Which version of PlasticX are you using?
RStroup
Just updated to the latest (10.0.16.6573). Still have the issue. Note: I have also installed the latest version on a "clean" PC and I have no issue with the branch explorer. The difference being, issue tracking with Polarion was not set up on the clean PC. And I see no option to set up issue tracking as of yet. Could the fact that on the "unclean" PC where I have the issue, was already using Plastic 9 and we are bound to Polarion issue tracking be the cause of the problem? This plasticx.relevent log file statement might confirm this thought: 2022-02-24 08:25:44,557 CORPALSN\DZ6YGP ERROR IssueTrackerExtension - Error loading extension: Unable to load one or more of the requested types. vsanchezm
Yeah, the problem was the IssueTrackerExtension. Could you check if the issue is solved in the latest version? (10.0.16.6621) I think it should...🤞
