amir989
Hey, I migrated my project and I can push updates in Unity. However, when I try to add my teammates I get this error through the editor: Error checking if the user is the organization admin: Unable to get IsUserAdminResponse: startIndex cannot be larger than length of string. (Parameter 'startIndex') [code ApiError] My teammates used to get updates without any problem before we migrate to Plastic. Is there any step that I'm missing? calbzam
Hi, Could you include some screenshots? Where are you trying to add your teammates? Are you adding them via your user account at www.plasticscm.com --> Cloud? Regards, Carlos.

amir989
I was able to add a user. But now he doesnt have control over the Collaborate system to turn it off and use Plastic. I have two assumption for that: A. We are logged in to Unity under two different organization. (we cant change this. I'm a freelancer and he is contracting me) B. We both purchased a plugin and maybe that is causing the issue? We both are using paid version of Unity(Pro and Plus). Is there a way that we can get support from Unity team or plastic team on a phone call or zoom? Thank you
calbzam
Hi, I think the problem is because this user only has the "User" permission in Collab. I think they need the "Manager" permission or above to enable/disable services. Regards, Carlos.
