UDT pipe - Client is not able to connect to server

Recommended Posts

Hello Support,

I am trying to make use of UDP pipe for faster download speed.remoting.conf

Enabled the UDT port thru webadmin and able to see that server is listening on the port 1024

Added UDT channel to client remoting.conf file. Attached is the file.

But still the client is not able to connect to sever. Firewall is OFF on the server.

Client error is

C:\Users\Admin>cm lrep udt://localhost:7100
Error: Connection was broken. Server: 127.0.0.1:7100. Server: udt://localhost:7100

SCM version PlasticSCM-10.0.16.5816-windows-installer

Please guide us on how to resolve the issue.

Thanks and Regards

Saravanan

Hi Heber,

Thanks for your guidance.

UDT is configured in server using network.conf

I am not sure how to configure UDT channel in client.

As you have I have placed network.conf in C:\Program Files\PlasticSCM5\client folder.

It did not make any difference to the issue.

Thanks

Saravanan
