"Update Workspace" button doesn't properly show with thin Plastic SCM window size

When using Unity I like to have my Collaborate/Plastic SCM windows tabbed with the default Inspector window, so it is a relatively thin portrait window on the right of the screen. Collaborate worked perfectly fine, but upon switching to Plastic SCM, I can no longer update my workspace unless I make the Plastic SCM window much, much wider.

This is clearly far from ideal, and I would imagine it shouldn't be the hardest of changes to make the footer toolbar wrap around if the window is too thin to display it all on one line.
