We are two people using plasticscm  to develop a game together.

The other participant can use plasticscm very well,  there are no errors etc.

But when i try to use plasticscm, it's the opposite.

I can only create a workspace with local repository, otherwise (when i try to create one with our organizations cloud adress) an error that says 'Can't resolve DNS entry for cloud.plasticscm.com' pops up.

I searched for solutions and tried a lot of things. I deleted plasticscm thru control panel and deleted the appdata folder + the folder in Program Files, then i  redownloaded it but it didn't work.

I tried the new alpha GUI too, but it's still the same.

I even tried to use gluon.

After that, i realized something. Gluon wanted me to sign in again.  So  I opened it and clicked on sign in with Unity ID,  then a window that says 'You can close this window and continue in your app.' popped up

but when i  opened the gluon again, there was an error (img)

As a conclusion, I can't participate with my teammate thru plasticscm. What should I do?

Hi,

Do you have some network/firewall limitations, that could prevent you from connecting to the Plastic Cloud server?

- If you remove/rename the following folder, you should be able to re-configure the Plastic SCM Client from scratch:

C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\plastic4\

-  If you try to list the cloud repos via CLI, are you getting something like the following?

C:\Users\albaz>cm lrep KEI_Studios@cloud
Enter credentials to connect to server [KEI_Studios@cloud]
User:

Regards,

Carlos.
