berensn Posted July 12, 2022 Report Share Posted July 12, 2022 I'm a new user and I'm getting an error trying to resolve cloud.plasticscm.com when creating a new cloud repo from inside Unity. I tried creating a new repo from the desktop app as well and when I click the '+' button, nothing happens. berensn Posted July 13, 2022 Author Report Share Posted July 13, 2022 I did. Turns out it was a weird authentication issue. I logged into plastic and unity from a different machine, and suddenly everything worked fine. My thinking is that after the first login when creating an account, you have to log out and log back in for things to connect and authenticate properly. Since logging in from a different machine is essentially the second login, that's when things meshed together and started working properly.
