Can't get latest changeset

Hi, I know that another user has uploaded changes and there is a new changeset but plastic won't allow me to update, and when I try update workspace I get the attached error - 

My last changeset is bold and any new changesets are shown but it won't update to them. Any help would be much appreciated.

Are you the owner of the Organization?

We need to verify your current permissions, you might be missing some of them, from the repositories list right click and verify both the permissions and path permissions.
