License Upload Isn't Working

Hello!

My team has recently acquired a plastic enterprise license to get a server up and running off of our installation we made for a now expired trial. However, when I upload a new plastic.lic in the web admin, nothing changes. Is this how I should go about uploading the new license, or is there anything I can do to isolate the issue?

Hi @alectrem,

Are you using Plastic SCM on-prem user? Are you using a license token?
you can just download from plasticscm.com and deploy the license file at:
C:\Program Files\PlasticSCM5\server\plasticd.lic

Hello,

We've been working with support and the issue has been resolved. I don't have access to the license on plasticscm.com and was provided with the license file, but we learned that I had been provided the incorrect license file.

Thanks for the reply though!

I just didn't know how to resolve the issue/close the thread...
