Can't find options icon to invite new members

I watched this video about how to add team members.

However, I cannot find the gear icon for "options" in order to invite members to workspace. Right now, my Plastic SCM tab looks like this. There is a button for options, but it does not have the same options as the one in the video.

What is your Unity plugin version?

Anyway, you can directly invoive users from your user account at www.plasticscm.com -> Cloud.  This button just opens a link to this web panel.

I am using 2020.3.12f1. Maybe that is my problem. The reason I am using this version is because I'm a teacher and our online course through codeHS told us to make sure to download this version. 

I will also try it through the website though, although if I am using the wrong version maybe this won't help anyway?

I was specially asking for the Version Control package version. You can check it inside the Package Manager.

Under Version Control it says I have 1.5.7.

You should be using the Version Control plugin version 1.17.X. But you may need to upgrade Unity at least to 2020.3.20f1 or later.
