Connection Refused Error

When trying to pull from the cloud repo I get the message 'There has been an unexpected error "Connection refused [::ffff:127.0.0.1]:8084"'
The Plastic SCM server is running

This happened after I did an update, I uninstalled and reinstalled, before I uninstalled my network.conf file had a port setting in it and now its empty

Plastic version: 11.0.16.7468
OS: Win11

Hi,

This error message normally means a network/connectivity issue. If you re-create the sync view switching the source and destination repos, does the issue persist?

Take note that the source repo always has to be the local one and that you need to have the local server up and running. 
Can you check in the services window if the plasticscm server service is up?
Can you share a screenshot of the replication window?
