Self-Hosting your own PlasticSCM repos?

So I'm working on a game and me and a friend want to contribute together via Unity. Is there a way that I can host my own in a sense "cloud" for us. I have a website although it is not self hosted. I have a provider that hosts it so I'm not sure if I will be able to like install packages or anything. I can self host which I am going to do later in the future but should I do it now?


Basically when you make a repo it is org@cloud. Can I have my own that will work in Unity for the both of us? like xxx@website or website@cloud or anything? I feel 5gb is a bit generous so why can't I host it myself?
