"The item <path> doesn't exist in the workspace" error

Hello, after some changes on my project I cannot submit changes anymore thanks to this message:

Of course that directory doesn't exist anymore, considering I deleted/changed it's location, so I used the search button to find mentions of this particular location and unmarked some checkboxes (around 3), even so, the same message appears if I try to checkin changes. Already tried to update the version control package, reinstall it, reboot the PC and etc...

Does anybody knows what am I missing here?

 

My Unity version is 2022.1.10f1 and the SCM package version is 1.17.7.

Solved by just including the missing folder in the project again. Didn't tried to delete it and check-in again, but if the problem repeats, I'll just leave it there empty, provided that the system let me upload the changes made...
