PC Bluescreened and now I can't CheckIn changes and I can't Undo changes

Hey guys, 

 

First post, yay! So after a bluescreen, I continued to work on the unity project for a bit, and did not realize I could not checkin changes. When I check in changes (there a lots of changes) I get this message:

 

and if I try to change branches I get:

 

I tried shelving but not sure if it actually worked. Now I have a pretty big mess haha:

 

 

I tried a few solutions I found by deleting plastic.wktree, I also edited the plastic.selector to change branches, which did switch to the branch but the changed items still show but I can't commit.

Please advice!

Alright I managed to fix it. After I deleted the plastic.wktree file I closed the Plastic App and also closed the window in Unity and that seemed to do the trick!
