psantosl Posted December 13, 2010 Report Share Posted December 13, 2010 Hi Clive, I'm not very sure I follow you: the Community Edition is free, so the upgrades are free (we've released 2 new small releases since we launched CE already). In order to get access to full support (our support service) then yes, you've to pay an annual fee. So I can keep downloading the current version as I want to at no cost, is that right ? The Support cost is just if I want prompt support other than via the forum.
