Integrating with Sparx System Enterprise Architect (EA)

I am having problem with integrating Plasticscm with Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect project management tool. The EA cannot connect to plastic server. EA has support for SCC (SCC compatible) and you can integrate it to PreforceSCM. I would appreciate it if anybody can provide me with some guidance in this matter.
