You may want to update your downloads page as it still says that it only requires .NET4 for the latest version that actually requires .NET 4.5 https://www.plasticscm.com/download/5.4.16.688 Client installer Client components: CLI and GUI clients + 3rd party integration plugins ( Includes Gluon ).
