manu
Hi, can you attach the "/Users/Codice/.plastic4/macplastic.log.txt" file? Can you check if it's consuming CPU? I'm wondering if it's just frozen or it's trying to do an operation. Does it happen for all the files?
MaverickDQ
Sorry for a big break. I've downloaded today the latest client for mac and symptoms are same. After few seconds it hangs. It happens with files that plastic knows to make a diff. All others shows just a wired images on bottom. Please see attached files. macplastic.log.txt
manu
Unfortunately the log is set to "ERROR" by default and I can't see any errors there. Maybe if we set it to "DEBUG" we can understand what is going on. In order to change the log level we'll need to edit the following file: "/Applications/macplastic.app/Contents/MonoBundle/macplastic.log.conf". By the endo of the file you'll see that is set to "ERROR", plase change it to "DEBUG" This is the section I'm referring to: <root> <level value="ERROR" /> <appender-ref ref="RollingFileAppender" /> </root> You'll need to close macplastc, open it again and reproduce the issue. Then send me the new log generated.
