musavvir
Hello, Our design team has recently purchase a subscription of 5 users (screenshot: https://i.imgsafe.org/eccbdd1.png). I believe it came with plastic Gluon as well. For the last year or so, we used to use an old version of Plastic with community licence. But upon installing the newest version of Plastic Gluon as well as Plastic SCM, we're having a plethora of various errors which haven't been able to troubleshoot. Our current user accounts are these: https://i.imgsafe.org/eb199c5.pngwith these accounts as admins: https://i.imgsafe.org/eb940a4.png 1) As we try to commit (checkin) changes from various client machines using Plastic SCM, we see an error telling us "The maximum number of licensed users has been exceeded." Screenshots: https://i.imgsafe.org/ec55484.png 2) Upon the removal of one of the accounts "Shafayat", we still see the same error. Screenshots: https://i.imgsafe.org/4689c07.png 3) Attempting to checkin from the client "musavvir" using Plastic SCM gives us the error "This operation cannot be performed in partial workspace." Screenshots: https://i.imgsafe.org/ebecd10.png 4) Attempting to checkin using Gluon from the client "musavvir" gives us the error "A deleted directory cannot contain changes after the ci operation." Screenshots: https://i.imgsafe.org/ea6209b.png 5) If we try to checkin using Gluon from the client "sadia", it gives us the error "This operation cannot be performed in standard workspaces." manu
Ok, You are not disabling users, you are just removing them from the login. Check this: http://codicesoftware.blogspot.com/2016/01/how-to-manage-plastic-scm-licenses.html And if you have any questions please come back! Ah! notice you can't reuse the same workspace for Gluon and Plastic SCM GUI, Gluon workspaces are called "partial workspaces" and are not compatible with Plastic SCM GUI.
