OPjp
I assume this is because encryption settings are incorrect. How can I fix it? Can't seem to find a way to set/change the key.
manu
You can remove your current key by physically removing all the ".key" and "cryptedservers.conf" files in both "C:\Program Files\PlasticSCM5\server" and "C:\Program Files\PlasticSCM5\client". Closing the GUI and starting it again will request you the password again. But notice if you ran a pull operation from the cloud with a wrong key the data will not be correctly decrypted and stored in your local repositories. Not a problem if you are using direct Ci/update. OPjp
Deleting those files worked great. On mac I found them at ~/.plastic4
manu
Oh! Yes, that's the default path for Linux and MacOS. They can be also be placed at: "C:\Users\<your_user_here>\AppData\Local\plastic4" in Windows.
