Can't install server on Linux Mint 17.2

I'm following standard instructions

https://www.plasticscm.com/plastic-for-linux/index.html

 

Everything seems to be fine until the final command

 

sudo apt-get install plasticscm-server-complete
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package plasticscm-server-complete

I'd appreaciate any suggestions

Found solution by googling and trying every weird solution....

Simply the path to repo given in manual is outdated... seriously...

 

The proper path is
deb https://www.plasticscm.com/plasticrepo/5.0/Ubuntu_14.04/ ./

I'm afraid that the URI you pointed out is really out of date. The repo URIs detailed in the installation page aren't outdated at all. Could you share with us the steps you followed, one by one? Additionally, please comment out the 5.0 repository you just added (which is really, really old), run 

sudo apt-get update

 and then share with us the output of the command 

apt-cache search plasticscm
