GSS4
Hi, I am planning on getting Plastic SCM as my source control tool of choice, but I want to integrate it with TFS 2010 source control (so that I can use this - http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/en-us/solutions/software-quality/lab-management). How hard would this be to do? I know that finalbuilder can check out code from Plastic SCM to a folder and then check that into TFS, would that work? Thanks
psantosl
Hi Blade1, > I am planning on getting > Plastic SCM as my source > control tool of choice, Looks like an excellent choice!! > but I want to integrate it > with TFS 2010 source control > (so that I can use this - > http://www.microsoft.com...-quality/lab-management >. How hard would this be to do? Do you know if "lab-management" is SCC compatible?? Because we have an SCC compatible plugin? Do you know if there's any API to integrate with it? Because it is probably easier to get Plastic integrated than doing the "Plastic-to-TFS" bridge specially if your purpose is "just" to get advantage of this lab-management product. > I know that finalbuilder > can check out code from > Plastic SCM to a folder > and then check that into > TFS, would that work? Sounds doable, but there will be things to check like managing "added/deleted/moved" and skipping "private" dirs like (.plastic). pablo
